2.3 Following the consultation, any requested referrals, lab orders, or imaging orders will be emailed directly to your provided email address from support@yourmd.online. It is your responsibility to submit these forms to the appropriate medical or diagnostic provider.
3.1 The fee for the telehealth consultation is $50, payable via Bitcoin through Coinbase Commerce.
3.2 Payments are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the consultation. Payment for the consultation does not guarantee any specific lab order, imaging order, or physician referral. The decision regarding these services is made at the discretion of the healthcare provider following your consultation.
3.3 Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to schedule your consultation. Payment must be made in full before the appointment can be scheduled.
3.4 Payment is processed via Coinbase Commerce, and we are not responsible for any payment processing issues or errors. Please ensure the correct payment amount and Bitcoin wallet address are used when completing the transaction.
4.1 The services provided by United Medical Group through the online telehealth platform are limited in scope. No prescription medications will be provided through this service, and no long-term management of chronic conditions will be undertaken.
4.2 Our services are provided on an "as is" basis without any guarantees or warranties. We do not guarantee that any particular lab, imaging, or referral service will be available or deemed necessary following your consultation.
